International Representatives Submit Resume
Position will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic sales plans and developing International growth of the Acadium services and products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience one of the following markets: North America, Central/South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia (former satellites), Africa, China, India, Far East, Southeast Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. Candidate will have relationships with key brokers and agencies.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree is required, MBA Preferred
- Minimum 5+ year’s high-level, strategic sales experience in preferred industries such as: online learning, telecommunications, mobile phone and/or PDAs, or e-commerce
- Business to business sales experience highly desirable
- Ability to creatively define and structure mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with proven excellent negotiation skills – proven ability to identify the decision maker, overcome objections and close the deal
- Experience in managing existing relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to achieve results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong quantitative, written, verbal and presentation skills
